An engineering company that started with a patent, not a plan.
Senzait Private Limited is an industrial innovation and technology company in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, working across water, wastewater and effluent treatment, chemical process engineering, advanced manufacturing and applied research.
Where this began
Two technologies came out of that work, both researched and developed by Senzait’s founder, and both patented in 2013: a micro and nanobubble generator, and a stable water-in-oil emulsion fuel system.
Neither was a paper exercise. The emulsion fuel patent was granted in 2018, after years of trials in boilers, furnaces and engines rather than in a laboratory alone. In 2019, following investment by BAN Labs, Energenius Technologies Pvt Ltd was formed to manufacture and sell both technologies under the brands NANOBBLE and SEMWOF. Senzait holds a stake in ETPL alongside BAN Labs.
Patent to product took seven years. That is the honest timescale of technology commercialisation, and it is why we describe it as a capability rather than an ambition.
How we work
- We design for the plant that existsMost industrial work is a retrofit. An operating plant has tanks already built, pumps already installed and a process that cannot stop — and a design that ignores that is a drawing, not a solution.
- We size before we specifyFlow, load and mass balance first; equipment second. A specification that precedes the calculation is a guess with a part number attached.
- We say what a number is worthA budgetary estimate is described as one. A figure that needs a pilot to confirm is marked as needing a pilot. Confidence stated wrongly is worse than confidence withheld.
- Design and manufacture sit togetherEngineering design, machining, fabrication and automation are under one roof, so a prototype does not change hands in order to become a product.
What we do
Two bodies of work, and the research that keeps feeding both.
- Process and environmental engineeringEffluent and sewage treatment, water recycling and zero liquid discharge, chemical process engineering, advanced oxidation and process intensification — from characterising a stream to specifying the plant that treats it.
- Manufacturing and precisionAdvanced manufacturing, precision CNC machining, high precision sheet metal fabrication including food-grade and process-industry work, industrial automation and engineering design.
- Research that reaches a patentApplied research, prototype development, technology validation and patent development — the same route that produced NANOBBLE and SEMWOF.
