Why we ask for this
Every company that supplies SENZAIT signs this acknowledgement once, before its first order, and again whenever the documents it refers to change. It is the same commitment we give to the customers who ask it of us. One signature covers every document listed, so that neither of us has to guess later what was agreed.
What you are confirming
By signing below, the supplier named confirms, for itself and for the subcontractors it uses on SENZAIT’s work, that it has received, read and will comply with the following documents of SENZAIT PRIVATE LIMITED, in the versions shown, as published at www.senzait.com/policies/:

and in particular that:
- it will not offer, give or accept any bribe, kickback, speed money or improper advantage in connection with SENZAIT, and will keep any gift or hospitality within the limits SENZAIT publishes;
- it has declared every personal, family or financial connection between its business and anyone at SENZAIT, and will declare any that arises;
- it uses no forced, bonded or child labour, pays at least the statutory minimum wage, and provides a safe workplace;
- it holds SENZAIT’s information and its clients’ information in confidence and uses it only for SENZAIT’s orders;
- it holds every licence, registration and consent its supply to SENZAIT requires, and complies with the laws that apply to it;
- it will tell SENZAIT promptly, at [email protected], if it becomes unable to meet any of these commitments, and understands that SENZAIT may check compliance and may end the relationship for a breach that is not corrected.
